Great Hotel & Service for Ohio Midwifery Conference
Accommodations were very good. Food was excellent…fresh fruit, many vegetables, salads. Breakfast burrito! Gerrie was great to work with and quickly responsive. Jodi was amazingly helpful with food and tech support. Both she and the chef proved to be so flexible, helpful and supportive. People at the conference also liked the venue.

Front desk is great, room was a bit dated but clean and serviceable. Breakfast staff was a bit lax…you have to approach them for anything. They do not engage unless you talk to them. So it’s annoying when you have to wait for them to finish chatting before you can ask them a question. Location was great, since we had to be there for diver certification. The gentleman who checked us in (name began with A) was wonderful. He was so professional and personable. Overall great just don’t expect stellar service for breakfast.
