Lovely hotel in a great location in Queens
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping did a great job. Our group was here for a family celebration and we probably had around 15 rooms booked. We loved the open lobby with the bar. The bartender, Janelle was wonderful and we all appreciated her.
Great service, especially Shavon.
Had a great experience. We use a lot of towels and they brought them even on days when it wasn't the official cleaning day. When something wasn't working, we got an answer fast. And Shavon, downstairs, was tremendous. She was responsive, kind, accommodating and a lovely person to see each day!

Long Island City location is perfect for quick rides to Manhattan, while being able to visit Queens and Flushing. Hotel is quiet and comfortable with quick market and late night (dessert) cafes. Excellent park right at door, when traveling with pets.
