The pool is truly disguising. I saw people look at it once and walk away. Very very loud hotel at all hours of the day, I was even advised by the front desk staff to not expect to sleep past 10AM ever at this hotel, even weekends, due to the constant noise, mostly from their own staff

This was probably my 4th or 5th stay here. This is the hotel I first book if there is room availability whenever I come visit Rochester, NY.

This is a lovely property, clean, easy to park and conveniently located next to many dining and shopping options. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. It met our needs very well for a one night stop in Rochester but would def stay longer.

We stayed here for one night while we visited the Children's Museum. The room was very comfortable and staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and pool was a hit for my family. Pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.
