Great Hotel
It was close enough to walk downtown. The valet service was exceptional. The bar was great and bartender was awesome. The rooms were descent, clean and basic hotel rooms, beds were comfortable.

Really enjoyed not having to use our car for three days while we enjoyed Nashville Easy walk and great staff.

The hotel is very clean. The servers were very nice. The front desk was very helpful, all in all I’d say it was a great experience.

To help others plan better is to tell us that the breakfast wasn't free. Not only that but the food quality would have been nicer for the breakfast food since it wasn't "free". Not only that charging the smallest things like water bottles in our hotel room, for it to be overprice as well is unaccecptable. I just believe we got the wrong hotel for family, Thank You.

Hotel location was excellent if you are going to the Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, and Broadway. Hotel was nice, seemed clean overall. Staff was not overly friendly, especially one of the older gentlemen who worked in the morning.

Valet parking was 59.00 I was aware of it just wish I knew how much it cost and they have carts for luggage but we could never find one
