Excellent in every way. Service, hospitality, cleanliness, attention to detail.
Great Hotel
It was close enough to walk downtown. The valet service was exceptional. The bar was great and bartender was awesome. The rooms were descent, clean and basic hotel rooms, beds were comfortable.

Really enjoyed not having to use our car for three days while we enjoyed Nashville Easy walk and great staff.

The hotel is very clean. The servers were very nice. The front desk was very helpful, all in all I’d say it was a great experience.
Lack of Transparency.
I was quoted one price and charged a different price. Then when I challenged it and was assured a partial refund, it never happened. I am really surprised that Hilton functions this way.

Has to wait almost 2 hours to get our room and still didn’t get the room I reserved 4 months ago. Then prior to leaving the valet attendant recked our truck causing severe damage and we had to delay our drive home by 4 hours. The valet manager acted like it was me big deal while talking to him on the phone. The hotel manager never reached out to assist either.
