Lack of Transparency.
I was quoted one price and charged a different price. Then when I challenged it and was assured a partial refund, it never happened. I am really surprised that Hilton functions this way.

They had a comfortable bed so I was able to sleep but the room was cold and we couldn't get the temp to rise above 66 degrees fahrenheit.

This property was great! The only reason I didn't give it an excellent is because of the outrageous valet price for parking, $60/day. Either raise your nightly rate or lower your parking bc that is not customer friendly.

BED BUGS!!
While they did move us to another room, we had to pack all of our things and move 3 floors down at 11 pm. Talking to the supervisor, they offered me a breakfast coupon for the trouble. Talked to manager next morning and he told us he would have to have the higher ups investigate before he offered any kind of compensation to make sure they were at fault.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and everything in working conditions. The staff had an issue with the check in process charged my card for another guest that was checking in and they assured me that the card was not charged it was just a hold.. but it was indeed charged. Staff was confused and almost gave me the wrong hotel room key (we double checked before we left the desk).

Hotel was clean and easy check in. Walkable to Broadway but far enough away it's quiet at night. Front desk staff was great. No free breakfast though and must use valet to park however valet was one of the smoothest experiences with a hotel I've used. Would stay again
