room was small when the pull out bed was out no room to walk. tv kept freezing while we stayed in the room watching tv. when brought this to the fd agent upon checked out my she asked me in a sassy way why i did not bring this to their attention earlier. i dont think me and my family would come back to this property nor recommend this property.

The hotel is well situated initially checked into a room on arrival that was good however the room had scratchy to non existent Internet access. To the credit of the staff when I raised the issue at the front desk I was offered another (better) room. Of course the biggest “gripe” is not unique to this hotel or even to Hawaii and that is the dreaded resort fee especially as a solo traveller I have to pay the same as a couple or even a family of 4/5 as it’s apparently charged on a room basis. I fear that places like Hawaii are “pricing” themselves out of business

The hotel was lovely, particularly for our last-minute booking. Our only beef was an add-on of a resort charge $50 which we did not anticipate. Makes the price very different from what we expected.

Limited towels given, basically one per person. It would be nice to have bar soap in the shower instead of just the body wash. Pool bar is a must ……so fun especially during happy hour when Nick is there! Overall, a great stay even though it rained every day, but we got great rest and relaxation!
