Staff made our visit excellent
Beautiful modern, clean interior and rooms. I chose the Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Troy because they are PET friendly and we were traveling with our one year old male Pekingese dog Dudley. Staff members Alanna and Lisa gave excellent customer service and allowed me access to the business conference room to do my business work. I appreciate how helpful, cordial and accommodating they were.
Beautiful updated hotel
This was our second stay at this hotel. Between visits, the rooms and lobby had been refreshed and updated. Very nice.

The room that we rented was clean and looked renovated. The bathroom was a good size with a shower.
The only thing is you need to ask for housekeeping. We did not know that so our room was not cleaned after the first day and we were checking out the following day so we just let it be.

The staff was all amazing and kind. This would’ve been a 10/10 trip if it wasn’t for two downfalls; the restaurant and bar were closed due to it being 4th of July weekend which we were unaware of until check in, and the bathroom door was a sliding barn door which had a gap that you could see straight into the bathroom and mirror which faces the shower area. This was very inconvenient for us as we (mom & I) traveled with my uncle so we had to step out the room while someone showered. Otherwise property was very clean, the made to order breakfast was absolutely delicious!
