Staff was great. We took advantage of their free downtown shuttle. Overall, a good stay. The room was very roomy but a bit gloomy. All the lights were low wattage florescent that did not do much to light up the room. They charge $17 for the same meal as a free continental breakfast at a Holiday Inn. They have bands on the 6th floor Fri/Sat that can be heard on the room 501 side of 5th floor.

Most of the staff were very pleasant; had a slight problem with the shuttle where there was clearly miscommunication as the shuttle did not show for pick up on Saturday night, meaning I had to walk back to the hotel. The shuttle driver I had on Friday was wonderful, showing me the shortest route to my venue for the weekend (not the route she had to drive), which was extremely useful on Saturday night in getting back to the hotel.
