We were so impressed with your hotel! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful. I would say the only downside would be our breakfast. I ordered an omelet and the plate was literally swimming in grease. It took multiple paper napkins to absorb it. It was fine then. The staff was very nice and gave us suggestions of places to visit.

We just stayed here for a wedding weekend with our extended family and our experience couldn’t have been better. Every request we made of the staff was taken care of quickly and with a smile! They helped us coordinate transportation to and from the wedding venue, housekeeping requests, special needs for our infant granddaughter. We had a very nice stay, highly recommend!

Visited Mobile for a cheerleading competition at the convention center, which is about a 5 minute walk. The property was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It is located across the street from a beautiful park. The property has a lot of restaurants walking distance. I highly recommend the Loda Bier Garten for a fantastic burger.

Nice hotel, loved our king suite room with back y overlooking the park. Only complaint is the sheets and duvet comforter are scratchy and the bed is very uncomfortable (VERY FIRM). My husband and I both woke up with back, hip, and shoulder pain.

Everyone was amazing. i only stayed one night (I was alone), but they made me feel so much at home. I was so tired when i got there and they let me check in early, which gave me time to rest. When I wanted to go out later, they were so helpful. I felt like they were looking out for me. which gave me a secure feeling. Thanks to them for making my solo trip feel comfy.

We liked that we were two blocks walking from the Saenger Theatre.
What we were disappointed in that we had to pay $20 a night to park in the hotel parking lot and pay inflated price for breakfast and supper in a "friendly" restaurant and bar.
