Hilton team went the extra mile
I checked out on Monday morning, got to the parking ramp and realized I had left my watch on the bedside table. Luckily there was a phone on level two of the garage. I called the desk and the young woman there ran up and got my watch. She met me at the front desk. I am grateful for her attention and quick action. I would have been lost that day without my watch! Thank you.
