A great hotel.

Staying at the Hilton Gardens was great. The hotel rooms are spacious, super clean and so convenient to spend a weekend shopping at both malls in Louisville. We also got a super night’s sleep with checkout at noon. You can’t beat that.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff was very nice and the room was comfortable.

Recently had to stay at a Hilton as my A/C went out. Thankfully, check in was super easy and fast, the room choices were abundant, the walls were sturdy to where I didn't hear many folks in the hallway and the toiletries that the hotel had were for those who had sensitive skin issues like myself everything was sulfate free, so I didn't have to bring anything from my apartment with me in terms of hygiene. 10/10 stay!

Generally a very good hotel. Only minor complaints are: 1) AC in the room squeals a lot. Woke me up a few times. 2) Water faucet in the room was barely connected, wobbled around a lot. 3) The luggage carts are those god-awful tricycle style ones that are open on one side and barely hold any luggage at all. I had to make three separate trips to get everything up to my room. 4) Their breakfast situation was weird and not clearly explained. They have a fairly generic hot buffet style breakfast, which is free one day, but then $16 every other day. Not a big deal, but I was surprised. A little expensive considering there are great breakfast places nearby that have better food for a lower price so I usually left for breakfast. 5) Parking was not free, which is insane. It's not in a dense city with limited parking. It's literally surrounded by a desolate unused parking lot. Very cheap and petty cash grab. On principle, if I had known about this before, I wouldn't have stayed here, because most hotels in a suburban environment don't nickle and dime you like that. One the plus side, it has those complete blackout curtains with the contained edges that make the room completely dark, which helped me sleep a lot better. I don't know why every hotel doesn't have these.

Great place with good gym and great location. Parking is safe and rooms are clean.

Very clean, my room air unit was really loud. I called & front desk person came up, agreed, and put me in another room, no problems…

Clean room and staff was helpful

Ok stay for a night, not much to do at the hotel but plenty to do in the area.
