Great service from front desk
We arrived late from the east coast so were exhausted and found our room was very near the train tracks. The ear plugs didn’t help at all and we got almost no sleep. In the morning, I inquired about changing rooms and Rachel went above and beyond to help, she held our luggage while we attended a meeting and when we returned to the hotel it was moved into our new room, away from the tracks and we were upgraded to a king. She gave great recommendations for where to eat and was friendly and courteous at each interaction. Thanks for a great stay!

The front desk staff was pleasant, the lobby and breakfast area were nice. The hotel room was okay. I overlooked that parking is extra as is the breakfast, for the rate we paid both should’ve been included.

Room smelled, no pool, you have to pay for parking and the crap breakfast, loud Amtrak train right next to property.

Clean, convenient and reasonably priced. A quick visit to UC Davis for a college tour was our reason for staying and it was perfect. There is a train station nearby so if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep late you’ll probably want to stay somewhere else. If trains in the morning don’t bother you it’s a great central location to stay when visiting UC Davis.

It’s not a bad hotel. Great area, staff was incredible, easily walkable to anything downtown or campus. Only negative were the uncomfortable beds. Woke up multiple times a night and it ruined my back.

The staff here is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They all accommodated our special requests to help keep some food cold that we had for a party!
