Busy area but easily found parking around back. Manager on duty checked me in, she was super efficient and friendly. We’ve never been to the area and she was full of suggestions on where to eat and grab a beer. Carpet in hall is a little dated and you can only get in via one end of the East building however the room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and aside from some loud neighbors, it was a quiet and relaxing experience. Would definitely stay here again.

The associate, Oswaldo, was both pleasant and professional during the check-in process. The hotel was clean from the lobby and up to the room. Will look to staying here often when in town.

Staff was excellent. Hotel and room very clean. Bed very comfortable.
Only one chair in room. No lamp at the desk. Room smelled like bleach. Elevator has very unpleasant smell. Toilet malfunctioned. Train noise at night.

Totally unlike my previous experience at the Garden Inn. Tacky, low rent, funky room.
Everybody's friendly of course, but absolutely sub-standard conditions for a hotel with the Hilton name.
