Very disappointed with the service in Room I pay a lot for a room and my room was not clean until Saturday in afternoon from Thursday I call to request a cleaning and From desk lady was extremely rude I don’t understand how a beautiful hotel like this have the low person service front desk not greeting you with welcome good morning and not people person personal maibe you need to look in this issue are they unhappy working there or just not qualified for the job
