Hotel was very clean Staff was very attentive Breakfast was excellent and well priced, the servers were exceptional, maid staff was great, bonus that dog are welcomed this is a major advantage to competitors Front desk was very friendly and attentive, beach was nice and private and hotel had a boutique feel and was very quite.

Clean room, but smelly carpet. friendly staff, very convenient parking. For some reason acoustic in the restaurant made it very noisy.

The room was clean however the air conditioned wasn’t working, told the front desk and they sent someone up, the one on the wall wasent working so had to use the manual one. The toilet was clogged when arriving to the room, called the front desk and they sent someone up. I requested towels to my room at 8:15 am, I watched the lady write my room number down and the word towels, I get back at 4:45 later that day and have no towels sent to my room. This was all in a span of 24 hours. Other than that great location, clean, pool bar, walk to the beach, have balconies and a restaurant.

I felt very welcomed to your hotel from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The room and the balcony were wonderful. The parking was easy and convenient. The fitness room was great . The location to other shops and restaurants worked out beautifully. I loved the beach access

The entire staff was excellent. We really enjoyed our lunch in the restaurant and had one of those old school waitresses that just knows what you want or need before you do. Our 'Ocean View' room technically had a view but only if you stood at the balcony railing and craned your neck to the right. It was, however, spotless and the beds were comfortable. We stayed there the night before boarding a cruise at Port Canaveral and I would stay there again if we ever did another cruise from there.
