Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Local was great! Walking was easy to all the spots to see in Chicago! Just a few blocks from the train station to O’Hara.

The Ice Machine worked. It was in a different floor, but I was able to get there and back to my room in a few minutes

In the lobby every time we entered, even late at night
Housekeeping was great. They cleaned our room, restocked towels and coffee each day.
10/10 would stay here again
We did not eat breakfast or any meals here. There is no shortage of food options in this area

It is conveniently located to the Riverwalk, the bean, Magnificent Mile and other great offerings. The staff was attentive, and polite and the room was clean and quiet.
