Good location, nice hotel. Parking is not easy but free.

I enjoyed my stay. The room, staff, and parking were perfect. I didn’t read the fine print so a couple things disappointed me. First, the breakfast was not free. When I asked about breakfast at the front desk, I was told where it was but wasn’t told there was a fee. Second, when checking out, I was asked if I would like a receipt for the parking charge, which also was not up front. Next time, I will know how to ask the questions I have, and also to read the fine print. But to compensate for the two, the rooms were exceptional and spacious. I was so happy to see 2 or 3 very friendly and courteous security guards out front after dark. The front desk staff were polite and helpful when checking in and when I had lost my parking slip & had to request another.

Overall room was good. Bathroom had a sliding door that must have been slanted because it would slide open. Was only there for one night so it was not terrible.

The parking is tight but well supervised. The location is not the best but security all day is good.

Large rooms with beautiful decor. No breakfast included which is odd since the property is a bit expensive.

The room was great but not all the front desk staff were helpful. Also, there was Christmas music playing parts of the facility that nobody seemingly could fix.
