Fabulous Staff.

Close to our vet’s location. Thanks for accepting dogs. Very clean hotel.

Clean rooms, plenty of towels. Large vehicle parking spaces. Staff is very professional and helpful.

Very new and clean.

The room was clean & decent size. However, the bathroom is small. The front desk staff could be a bit more friendlier & welcoming. No free breakfast! Also, the hotel provides two bottles of water at $3.00 each. We went to the local Walmart to buy bottled water. With that being said, look out for a $6.00 charge on your credit card/bank account because we were charged for those two bottles of water even though we didn’t consume them. The bottles of water were in the same spot when we left. I had to call the hotel to inquire on the $6.00 charge to my account & the employee stated it was for the bottles of water. I disputed of course. If the hotel cleaning staff is drinking/taking the bottles of water & the guest is getting charged, that’s horrible!!

Check-in was great and Michael super efficient. Room was spotless but mattresses were really soft and caved down.

Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Beds are incredibly hard and pillows were so flat that you’d have double them up and fold in half just to get a decent pillow.

Breakfast is not included and costing $17.99 per person. That’s too much. Also, blankets and bed had some strain’s like used one. Ok to stay for just overnight.

Some major areas of the room were neglected from cleaning. These included the wall above the closet, appeared to have dumped coffee or some type of beverage on the wall above the closet doors. The carpeting appeared stained and dirty. The shower had signs of mold at the base.
