The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice.

I needed an early check in due to a college graduation which would make me very late checking in. A wonderful employee named Carmen assisted me and was very helpful in making that happen. The room was clean, well appointed and the hotel was very quiet. I was happy with my stay.

Met expectations morning buffet is not good and expensive across the street is a food court go there instead.

The staff was always cordial and helpful-WHEN I SPOKE TO THEM. At a Hilton, I'm used to front desk staff greeting me and, indeed, I was greeted when I first entered. However, we were there for three nights, and I was only spoken to when I said hello first. Despite not dealing with another guest(s) in-person, no one at the front desk looked up at all, until I spoke first. It was a little weird, really. One day, the clerk was on her cell phone and just didn't bother! I was also surprised that there were no mugs or glasses for coffee, just paper cups...and only Coffee Mate (no half-and-half). Is this a western thing? We live in Virginia. The two patios (one on either side of the front entrance) could use some attention. One had only the sparsest furniture, really unappealing.

I just wish daily maid service would start again

Nice hotel in a convenient location. It had everything we needed for a weekend trip to Littleton. Would definitely stay here again when needing a hotel in the area.
