Excellent location and customer service.
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at the last minute. It is very conveniently located to downtown and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere, or you can take the free trolley which stops close to the hotel. The highlight of the hotel was the exceptional customer service. All of the employees we interacted with were awesome. Loren and Kate (front desk), Devin (valet) and Greta (restaurant) were all extremely friendly and very helpful with our questions and requests. They truly made our experience there a pleasant one and we will definitely stay there whenever we return to Annapolis.
Filthy
Room was filthy, carpets not cleaned in years, sheets were too small for the mattress and had to use paper cubs instead of glasses Worst experience ever.
Hilton Garden was an excellent place to stay.
Having most recently stayed in a very small motel in DC, it was a treat to have such a nice, big room at Hilton Garden.
Downtown location is great!
The people working there were very friendly and accommodating. Downtown location was great!

Hotel was nice. Parking is very tough. Very limited choices at the restaurant. I wish it was warmer to enjoy the balcony.
