We were unpleasantly surprised by extra fees at this and the C. Baldwin Hilton in downtown Houston. These fees were not made apparent either on Expedia or on their website. We felt cheated and this was not a cheap hotel. We will not be Hilton customers again.

I left my souvenir long service crested shirt when I left the hotel, I came back less than 24hrs later, I was told the shirt was lost.
I am saddened and wondered what could have happened if I had forgotten more valuable items in my hotel room.
