Thought it would be better based on ratings given. Bed and pillows were just OK. Specific instructions to make the heat not make weird noises during the winter months (below 60) and those instructions were in the lobby versus in the room. The fridge was completely turned off so we had to wait extra time for our drinks to get cold. Never been to place where housekeeping asked for tips via a QR code. Front desk person was lackluster. Not rude or anything bad, just seemed blah about being there, never smiled. Long dark hairs in the toilet as soon as we got in the room, seemed like carryover from a wipe down.

Pets odors have become terrible. Pets allowed in every room and if you have allergies it is difficult. Hotels is showing signs of age and desperately in need of redo.
