Enjoyed a wonderful New Year's Eve at the Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Edinburgh. We arrived early in the evening and had dinner in their restaurant which was amazing as they had planned a wonderful meal to celebrate New Year's Eve. Everything from the lobby, the restaurant, the shop and the rooms were nicely decorated and extremely clean. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby with the double sided fireplace watching the ball drop and drinking hot cocoa from the bar they had set up for everyone to enjoy. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and we will definitely return again. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The carpet, bathtub and bath floor were not clean. We ran out of tissues, no lotion in dispenser and low on toilet paper.

Will stay there again.

Staff was wonderful, particularly the restaurant help.

I think everyone was great and everything was great.

Staff was nice, room was ok, hall light was flickering, hot water ran out mid shower. Kids running the hallways at night. So it’s kind of kids stay free, and it cost us $50 for a 15 lb dog, who wasn’t running in the hallway

The only complaint I would have would be the wait staff the older lady with the braid was not very pleasant and did t want to make a mimosa for me beauxse she didn't know how, when the other lady said it's very easy it's just orange juice and champagne. She said she didn't wanna unlock the cabinet. This is laziness to me not only would this increase your sales but your customer service....I was there for a death and wanted a very simple drink she also served my finance a glass that had food all around the rim. We came down the night before and sat at the bar and didn't get waited on for 5 to 10 minutes and ended up leaving so there was some business last on your end due to customer service a simple I will be with you in a minute would have went along way. I was in the for a long time and I just think it could've been handled a little bit better.

Breakfast was very good. Hot and tasty. Staff polite and pleasant.
