Hilton quality price/Average service.
We usually stay a more reserved Hotels with lower prices. Our Anniversary weekend so Let’s impress with Hilton service and luxury. King room suite with in room whirlpool tub was booked and paid for at reservation time. Upon checking in they had double booked it and didn’t even tell me. Had to go to another room expecting whirlpool tub only to find disappointment. Over all customer service was disappointing. Ice machine was out of order and rooms a little on the dirty side of clean. The extra money spent on this Hilton would have been better spent on a personal gift.

The hotel was extremely clean, I do mean CLEAN! I was impressed. The staff that I encountered were polite.

I would like to give this property a no star review. We arrived for check in to be told that there was no hot water and they would not have hot water until sometime the next day! They never called us in advance to tell us this. after a 9 hour drive, I was pretty upset. Their consoling statement was, "The Hampton Inn has rooms , go there. Never again will I book this hotel.
