Beautiful Room!
Flight cancelled, no rental to drive, stuck in Mobile. Hilton took care of me within a couple of hours with a beautiful room. Very friendly people.

Mirrors, in room were dirty. Drain plug in bathroom sink stayed down so I had to wedge something in order for the water to go down. Candy wrapper on the floor.

They charged me a higher rate than stated on my confirmation, but corrected it later. I also have an erroneous charge on my credit card from the hotel that I will have to dispute. The furniture in the lobby is worn and needs to be updated. I have stayed here about 5 different times, but might consider other options in the future.
