The staff was helpful, but on my last day I left some chips and nuts on the table and they were thrown out. Other than that, I was pleased with everything. It could have been an oversight on there part thinking it was trash.

I found everything wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The staff was there to help us, especially when we couldn’t fix the TV. She came immediately and fixed it so they were very helpful and we loved not having to go for breakfast. They have a nice breakfast there you can’t ask for anything more.

Typical Hilton property. Clean and well managed. We had a problem with the sink draining when we got there. I called the front desk and it was repaired in 20 minutes.

We needed early check-in and Joanna was AMAZING! She was friendly, helpful, and professional! It would have been nice if the fan in the bathroom worked. Overall, great stay.

Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online.
