Busy weekend in Columbus with most every property sold out. Arrived at the Hilton Garden Columbus/Polaris to be told there was a "problem" with our room and that the manager had been trying to get in touch with us through Expedia since he arrived at work 2 1/2 hours earlier to tell us our room had been cancelled although I never received any contact. I believe our room was likely bribed out. I was offered a couple bottles of water for the inconvenience which I politely refused. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. Still awaiting a refund from Expedia although this process seems very difficult as well.

We actually really liked this hotel! It was super clean, the room was a nice size, and it was quiet! Our only complaint was the breakfast, the restaurant part was kinda pricey and we didn’t get what we asked for when it came out.

The hotel was very nice overall. Was able to hear a decent amount of noise from neighboring rooms. Pool was not available when we were there and they did inform us before checking in, but not before arriving at the property.
