Buisness, and repeat customers are familiar with amenities so when there is a line that script should be omitted . I noticed this in San Juan also. I already liked this property although it is not close to anything . At the end of the day it is close to the airport. It is also close to the homeless LA camps so as long as The Hilton has adequate security who were not visible but I’m hoping were near they will not be roaming the halls while guest sleep . I know that Hilton cannot be responsible for the many odd things that a guest can do, but for this one night trip , it was calm , peaceful and everything that I needed. Thank you!

Good location for LAX airport. Room was spacious for 3 adults and 1 child. Would consider again if need a hotel near LAX.
We had to leave for LAX at 4am hotel shuttle doesn’t operate at this time. Uber from hotel to airport was around $20 usd. Something to consider if you need the hotel shuttle before 6am

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn LAX El Segundo! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant experience. I stayed in a suite, and it was spacious, with the bedroom area offering plenty of privacy—a great layout for relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I slept well each night. The staff here are wonderful—very friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed the food at the on-site restaurant; everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay near LAX!

I wish the bathroom would have a handheld shower head because my wife said she doesn’t wash her hair every time she takes a shower
