They canceled my reservation without at least calling me to follow up as to why I was running late, so I got there after a 8 hour drive and they turned us away and still charged me even though they cancelled my reservation after a few hours of not arriving upon the 3pm check in time

The Hilton Garden Inn was very nice..room was clean, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom…onsite restaurant which we used for dinner and breakfast, food was very good...the only issue was the shuttle bus ..took a long time to get picked up from the airport when we arrived and then again waiting past the time we booked to get picked up to go back to the airport..that would be our only complaint..

The staff was great, the front desk staff were great, unfortunately I don’t remember her name. The morning staff were just as accommodating.
The bartender Amber was outstanding, she was very engaging and very friendly. The breakfast server was also very friendly.
The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Great job!!!
