Right off the train in the center of every thing. Rooms were great and staff were great. Charging for water was pretty tacky and the noise from outside was pretty loud but overall I was happy with my stay and would stay there again.

Hotel is in a good location right next to Grand station red line stop so easy to get to from the airport. Also good location for a 5minute walk to reach the Magnificent Mile. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Couple of let downs were that we were on the 15th floor, but was still able to hear a lot of street noise from the room with the windows closed. Maid service was only every other day and even then beds weren’t fully made, it seemed there only came to change towels and empty bins and they didn’t ever leave any extra toilet paper so we had to go to reception to get it.
