When I look the number up online for Hilton Garden Inn Albany Georgia it gave me a number I called it then when I went to check out I was told that I have went through a third party. I do not understand if it was the hotels number how did I wind up with a third party??.

The hotel is excellent. The parking lot is unsafe because of vagrants checking for unlocked cars and unlit park across the street. This hotel needs a gated parking lot and on site security.

The staff at the hotel, especially in the restaurant and concierge, were excellent—very nice and attentive people who made a good impression. However, the condition of the room left much to be desired.
The sliding door was broken, with a square glass panel damaged. Part of the window curtain was propped up against the corner and didn’t work properly. The shower was broken from the beginning, requiring maintenance staff to come twice to fix it during my stay.
To top it all off, when I tried to use the coffee maker the next morning, I discovered a used coffee capsule still inside. This lack of attention to room maintenance and cleanliness was disappointing and overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay

Average HGI but the location is good. The music inside was to load to enjoy a meal. Staff was great! My bathroom didn’t have shampoo in the prefilled shower pump. Not a big deal but I expect more from HGI.
