I hope to stay here again, five star.

Very Nice.

Highly recommend this place. The staff were amazing. Especially Daveda. We were there with our Baseball traveling team. She was so welcoming and made our day. A lot of fun. This facility was very clean. The staff were all amazing. Definitely would stay here again.

The pool was down and they do not have room service.

The only criticism I have is that there were several areas on the floors in the hallway in the rooms where it appeared there were sinking spots that need to be addressed.

There is a AA lady that worked the front desk and was very friendly and had an amazing personality. She deserves a raise!!!!

The staff here is amazing, there were very friendly/helpful/ etc. so they get an A+. The breakfast was great, food was exactly like all other Hiltons, fresh/ tasty/ real food. The workout facility was great, it was exactly what you want to expect from Hilton...... BUT my room and one of the other rooms I booked (we had three) were not great. The floors were very old/dingy/dirty, and the bathrooms showers had mold in them. It was like walking into a Hilton but then you go up the elevator and step out into a Motel. Even in the upstairs hallways the floors were all lumpy like I wasn't sure if my foot was going to go through it at some points. If you need a place to crash right off the highway, this is it, just stay on first floor. Hilton needs to clean this place up, so their amazing staff has the proper tools they need.

They only clean the rooms every other day. I was not told this. On the day they should have cleaned my room, it was not clean. I complained to the front desk and i finally got the room cleaned on my 3rd day of my 5 day visit. My phone did not work at all in the room. Maintenance came to look at it and said they could not fix it as they would have to take the whole bed apart. Very concerned about not having a hotel phone, even though I had my cell. Very unhappy.
