Very professional interaction from reservations, check in, hot coffee, to housekeeping! The polite and caring staff made for a comfortable experience.
It’s nice
Instills confidence with a lovely lobby. Room is like I want it: perfectly clean with a luxe edge. Pool area also perfect and warm, water felt cool and refreshing tho pool was only four + feet. They provide towels by the pool! Concierge gave us a good tip where to eat and I am totally at peace as I drift off.

Not fond of the cancellation add on. When I have to apply four the refund.
Charging for parking just unheard of especially as a paying customer paying over 750$ to stay a hotel you charge for parking. Very unexpectedly. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone was real nice and roo.s are very clean
I do want to say that when you are in your room you don't hear anything outside of your room. No traffic, no toilets being flushed in the next room, no talking in the halls.

Our check in person was friendly and helpful. My husband made friends with a couple guys at the bar and they watched hockey together. The bartender was his new best friend. I thought the beds were comfortable and I got a great night’s sleep.
