Welcoming
I love this hotel for its location shops and restaurants all around. The rooms always have a comfy bed and great towels. When I arrived Jimeel was very accommodating and cheerful always a plus after a long travel… Isaac at the bar was also attentive and positive. It was very busy but he didn’t miss a beat. I’d like to acknowledge them. Overall, a great visit wish I could have stayed longer.
Great Stay
It was a quick stay at the Hilton due to a conference being held there. My stay there was great. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms clean and the beds really comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
Overall we had a great stay
Our stay at the Hilton Garden in downtown Freeport was good! The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was decent and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was also very nice to have the small bar on site so we could have a drink there before heading up to our room for the night.
Wonderful service outstanding staff very clean accommodations
We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed it. This time was no different but we were here with a group this weekend and the staff could not have been more accommodating and gracious! We all will return and highly recommend!

We always stay the Hilton when we come up the entire staff is so great it’s like we are staying with family.

Room is very comfortable. Location is excellent, close to LL Bean, shops and market. Breakfast was made to order.
