The hotel I found not to be at Hilton standards.
For example I went to the front desk to ask for coffee pods (they were not in the room) the clerk told me "we do not have any" no excuse.
The lobby was not inviting etc

Usually don’t have an issue with this, but at the time staff was picking. Made it loud and difficult coming out of the building while picking up the leave we found someone else’s underwear behind our towels.
