Chiandra at the front desk
Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Chiandra (sp?) at the front desk who helped me extend my stay. GIVE HER A RAISE!

Beautiful hotel! Junior suite was nice with a corner room & cool view! Great location in China Town & easily walkable to lots of cool stuff in the city!

I have family that lives in Philadelphia and we stay here often. I’ve stayed at several different hotels, but this is my favorite due to location, affordability and outstanding service.

The hotel says cleaning will happen every other day, but that was not the case in our room. Otherwise, it was a clean, well-located hotel.
