Lovely short stay at the Hilton
The reason for my stay was a death in the family and after a 10 hour drive from Ohio I was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely room with two beds and all the devices I would need. I have medicine that requires refrigeration and there was a fridge. Keurig coffee maker was super. I actually took photos of the room and the equipment that came with it. The microwave even came in handy! The staff was helpful and John who checked us in was great. I left my daily pill box in the room and Alicia called me and gave me thorough instructions on how to retrieve it.

I love their breakfast, they have a good variety of different options. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was after paying my deposit n paying for the room separately; I was stopped like I was trying to steal for grabbing breakfast. I had a breakfast voucher, but when I checked in no one mentioned I needed to show staff this. So of course having someone stop you n ask “ did you pay for that” really makes me feel really small. I paid in advance to avoid this.

I had a room by the elevator, so heard banging all night long that kept me up. Hardly slept because of it. I actually drove 2.5 hours to stay there so I wouldn't have to drive at 2AM to airport....feel like I wasted $173.

Our stay at the hotel was a delightful one. The check-in was quick and painless with excellent customer service provided by the staff. The room was spacious, clean, and properly maintained. My wife raved over the comfort of the bed mentioning the softness of the pillows. Our overnight sleep was achieved with absolutely no issues. Our only critcism would be that the hot breakfast was a little on the cold side, but the reason could lie in the fact that we came down after 9am and missed out on the warmth of the food. Other than that minor blip, our experience with your hotel was outstanding.

Well used hotel. Public areas bright and nice but room had peeling wallpaper, mildewed tiles and tired feeling. Fine for airport overnight but would hesitate for longer stay.
