Really frustrated that neither company can work together for the good of the customer when a weather related incident cancelled our plans on short notice. So now I’m stuck. Bad policies on both sides

The check in process was very slow because the hotel couldn't find the reservation in their system. The front desk person was very friendly & professional & ended up getting us checked in manually. We had dinner in the hotel. Our burgers were delicious! The seasons with bacon & jalapeño jam was wonderful. We had great drinks & service too.
