Cozy and comfortable
This was a solo one night trip. Check in was nice and quick. I requested a high room and got it without a problem. The room was cozy and quiet, which is what I needed. Everything was clean and well put together. The only downfall is that breakfast was not included.
Bed was very hard we couldn’t sleep in it.
If you don’t want a super hard bed I wouldn’t stay there.

When we checked into our room it was filthy and not cleaned after someone else checked out. The hotel was less than thrilled to offer us other accommodations since we booked third party. The gal at the front desk gave me an immediate attitude because I asked for a clean room. To be clear we walked in to two unmade beds that had been slept in, no pillows on beds, dirty wet towels on the bathroom floor and dirty sink. Band aids, baby toys and trash all over the floor.
