This hotel overall was clean, a little dated, but I was happy there was not carpet in the halls and most of the room. It was a little pricy, but overall, What made it really good was the staff. They were kind and accommodating.
Staff was amazing.
This is our second year in a row to come to the Hilton Garden Inn downtown Chattanooga. Both years of staff was amazing and very accommodating. Each person was friendly from the moment we got there to the moment we left we specifically remember Jenny and Chip being the most helpful and kind. Five star service.

Very nice staff, clean hotel, room was great. Parki by was very convenient. Didn’t eat the breakfast, but it looked good. Only complaint for me and my wife were the pillows weren’t great but could be personal preference.
