I came in town for business but my family was able to enjoy the amenities.
Pros: Kids had a great time in the pool/hot tub. I was able to meet my colleague and conduct business in the lobby, which was convenient. The front desk staff consisted of all black men. Every single one of them were very courteous, respectful, well spoken and always smiled. Check in was at 3pm, but we were checked in at 2pm. Awesome!! The Galleria area is safe. The hotel is very nice and clean.
Cons: $26/day to park. Fee not included in room price. There was a restaurant inside of the hotel charging $20/person for breakfast. If the fees were listed on the site I could have planned accordingly.Otherwise 9/10.

The property itself was okay. It wasn’t up to my standards, but it was decent. My one issue is parking, I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking on the hotel premises. I spent $53 to park for 48 hours at on a hotel parking lot that i’m paying to stay at.
