Check in desk meal amenities were all perfect
The check in desk was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent and we had dinner at the restaurant. It was very tasty. Overall we were both very happy at this hotel.

The staff were sweet and inviting. We ended up getting there late and was still able to have a meal, that was convenient. But for The room, it had a horrible smell to it. It may be just the room it self, because the building itself didn’t have an odor.

There was only one baggage cart in the entire hotel and we had multiple items and boxes business stuff to move including luggage and there was a cart for day one then we coukdnt find one for thr rest of our stay.
The pool hot tub area was disgustingly dirty. My son got an eye infection from the water and a rash.
