Our " go to" hotel
We always stay at this hotel. Dennis, at the bar, made this stay extra special. He made sure that we were totally happy. He was interesting to talk to and the other hotel guests joined in which made the evening very fun and entertaining. The warm cookies upon arrival are always a plus.

We loved our stay here. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious. We will definitely come back!

It's really hard to believe that you can walk into a Hilton Lobby and be met with stifling heat. It was a hot day outside but the lobby was worse. I asked the staff about it and they said yes the air conditioning needed to be fixed but the owners weren't going to do anything about it. The halls are hot, the elevators are hot. If they can't afford to fix the air conditioning they should at least have fans set up to keep the air moving.
Fortunately my room did have air conditioning working or I would have left!
I think the check-in desk should be more prominently displayed rather than a tiny store selling junk food. If the owners don't care anymore than this about their clientele I will not be returning to this hotel.
