Great place to stay. Clean hotel.

Nice hotel

Excelente ubicación, la habitación amplia y cómoda pero estaba sucia.

Our second stay here, both have been wonderful! Everything is clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff very attentive. The hotel has a great location walking distance to Sea World.

Nice size refrigerator, nice microwave and coffee pot. Comfortable bed

We chose this hotel because it has a free shuttle to sea world. The man who checked us in told us to just be out front 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and showed us a qr code to scan if we wanted to make a reservation, but said it was not necessary. The qr code didn't work and the next morning the shuttle never showed up. The lady at the desk was very apologetic and said to Uber and they would comp us for what we spent. We eventually got the refund but it was a nuisance and only happened once the nice lady on morning shift got involved. The evening desk guy was once again not helpful. We also took and Uber back, because it was raining and didnt want to be waiting on a shuttle that may not show up. No comp for that. Other than that the hotel was clean, in a safe area, enjoyed pool and hot tub. Restaurant options weren't great and charging for breakfast that most hotels offer complimentary was disappointing.

I've stayed here several times and there is not a better overall value for a hotel so close to SeaWorld. Always clean, easy parking, food and beverage options, 10 minute walk to the park. It's a bit "minimalist," but it's all that I need, personally.

Great place to stay! I was checking in well after 2am due to traveling and the staff was very friendly and made sure my check in was smooth. Room was clean and the tv was awesome!

The air conditioner was broken and our room was hot the whole time.
