Decent place exceptional staff
The hotel itself is decent for an upper price level. But the staff are downright exceptional. Our group is staying here for five days on a retreat and every single staff member has been a delight from the person mopping the floors to the folks at the desk to the staff in the restaurant. Like every business, it appears they are short of help, but those who are here are working darn hard to make the experience a delight for the guests. I cannot compliment the staff enough. .. they went above and beyond all with a smile!

Enjoyed staff. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Food was great. I had a cheeseburger and it was great.

The staff was courteous and our room was very clean.

Clean. Staff helpful. Cleaning and restaurant staff very kind. Front desk people looked unhappy with their jobs. Front desk person made me pay for two waters on last morning because I was not a member of the Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Perhaps DOGE had just done a visit?.

Very clean, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The ADA room was spacious. Quick elevators. The only criticism was that the floor lamps were a little bright and not adjustable, so they could be a little harsh, but that is a minor complaint. Overall a great stay and we would come back again. Well located, as well.
