Well appointed rooms. Inviting lobby. TGI Fridays. Convenient location. Friendly front desk staff and valet. Call for your car early because of tandem parking.

Cute room. Clean & safe lobby. Restaurant opened late. Small shop in lobby for snacks & drinks. Stayed here for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Short walk to the venue & close to Hollywood Blvd. Friendly staff. I didn't need a car to get around.

Staff was friendly when we interacted with them. Checkin was really fast. Valet was convenient (also only option for parking). Room was clean.
Only complaint is that there's no ice machine. An alcove near our room on the 4th floor had signage for ice and a vending machine. Went to get ice and discovered that neither were there.
As for noise, our room overlooks Highland. The traffic noise sucks, but it's LA. There's no escaping it. We just kept the AC fan blowing and that helps to mask it a bit.
