In town for a funeral, we were not aware that there were two Hilton Garden Inn hotels within a mile of each other. 10 minutes after realizing we booked the wrong location, we called to change the reservation to the correct hotel. The management would not help us and did NOT allow us to cancel. We stayed at the other Hilton where our party was staying. We are beyond shocked that the hotel kept our money, allowing us to pay full price at another Hilton down the street. For the first time, we will now purposely avoid Hilton Hotels.

Good hotel for the area. Nothing like its sister hotel in downtown Sioux Falls. Staff was excellent. Don’t order an Uber—-order Lyft while in Sioux Falls.
