I am so impressed because of the staff from front desk to maintenance to cleaning staff. Always smiling and courteous and always fulfilling my requests graciously. I look forward to returning in a few months.

One of the worst staff ever.
Twice I’ve been put in handicap rooms. The shower hit me in the stomach on the first and the second floods the bathroom when I shower. The front desk guy John told me I had book a handicap room..why would I have done that, I’m not handicapped? I bought $1000 of drinks at the bar. Everyone remarked she was the nastiest they had ever encountered. Just got up to my room and the blackout shade doesn’t close. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on the hotel.

My continent breakfast doubled from one morning to the next in price.
You should not charge for a continental breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel, that is perfectly located. It was just out of the busiest Denver areas, but close enough to get to everything quickly. There are tons of surrounding shops and restaurants, many within walking distance.

No bellhop or porter . Broken elevator. Staff did best to accommodate but seemed helpless in getting elevator fixed and getting assistance for luggage!

The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. When the elevators both were out of service, the staff was able to facilitate access to the stairs until the elevator was back in service. The people make the difference. I will stay there again.
