Wonderful hotel staff
We had an unexpected stay for extended period due to injury and surgery. this is close to umass memorial and was our saving grace.its beautiful lobby is so comfortable when we had visitors and the breakfast was very good.The room is clean and very comfortable, they accommodated our Ada accessible needs beautifuly. I felt so lucky we found this hotel.
Great Adventure
This is the first time we were at the Hilton in Worcester. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine and the shower was great!

Really nice property. Clean updated rooms, awesome staff. Fun attached restaurant and indoor pool. It’s in a neat part of downtown. The gym could use some love but it’s there. We enjoyed staying here.

$270 a night should be a lot cleaner…
Staff is really great, pool area was decent. I just hate when you pay for what should be a “nice hotel“ is nothing special. I would’ve booked a Holiday Inn if I didn’t care how clean I wanted it to be. Just disappointment for the money spent.
