Responsive, friendly and able staff!
On the first night, a lot of noise from kids in the hall and rooms around, all in town for a hockey tournament. No prob with that, but the parents were AWOL. The hotel got them to quiet down finally. And very kindly, for the succeeding nights they put us on the top floor away from it all. That new room had a blocked shower drain: there was standing water in it, with the drain open. I chalk that up to them working hard to get us up there. Anyway, despite a big crowd checking in when we were going out that evening, they saw me waiting and immediately asked whether there was a problem. The drain had been fixed when we returned after dinner, resulting in a drain that worked perfectly better than most hotel drains!
The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Super Nice
The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Very Good
Great Hotel
The hotel was great.
Pool was not in good shape.
The pool was one reason we chose this over another hotel with free breakfast. The pool was pretty dirty with hair and other thing floating around in it. Hot tub was not working and was colder than the swimming pool. Has we known the pool would be this bad would have chose different location with free breakfast.
Pick up truck damaged by low hanging sign in parking garage.
staff should direct PUs to surface lot behind DCU clearance height mismarked not 6'8".
Room was okay.
Room was clean but outdated, bed fairly comfortable. Highlight was water pressure in shower. Breakfast not provided.

Great stay, place was sold out for concert across the street at DCU center, but it was still nice and quiet (or maybe I’ve gone deaf listening to all the metal). Very convenient location, would stay there again.

Convenient location.....right across the street from DCU Center, which was the purpose of the trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that an UNO Chicago Grill is attached to the hotel - no need to leave hotel to search for a restaurant. Did have a little difficulty figuring out TV navigation, but that is no big deal.

Somewhat inconvenient parking across the street in a parking lot but doable. Great access to restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff.
