I booked with 3rd party and they said it would be a complimentary breakfast and it wasn’t. If you guys have some one working for your hotel, they should be informed of your benefits. Now, once the n lobby of the desk, Ms. Jennifer was very nice and explained things and was very helpful. I’m still upset bc I was connected to a 3rd party.

I booked this room because I attended a concert in Memphis. The staff was nice the room was clean and I really enjoyed myself until I saw old blood stains on the sheets and pillow. You can tell they had been washed multiple times but It just really gave me an uneasy feeling.
