Clean, convenient, great staff.
Nice hotel, conveniently located, great staff including front desk, bar and maintenance. Only downside is a train horn occasionally in the night and am but distant enough not to be an issue for us. Maybe for light sleepers.

the hotel seemed in disrepair. the shower door would not remain closed. room seemed dirty. the room was not worth the price. Only plus was the hot tub which we enjoyed

Booked thru hotels and despite confirmation / reservation I was not in the system.
Due to aMarathon everything near booked-had to sleep in my truck in the parking garage

A little noisy (my room was next to the freeway) but overall this hotel was very clean. The staff were all friendly and the room was comfortable. It's also in a great location for all areas of Jacksonville. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but overall it was a great hotel.

Stayed at Jax Downtown location. Self check in link in email did not work. Front desk service was impatient, kept cutting me off when speaking and did not mention breakfast or extra charges until I asked for breakdown. You’ll be charged $20 for parking even if you don’t use parking garage.
Overall stay was nice after check in and room service/food was great.

Overall it was a nice stay clean rooms/bathroom. The general manager was a little rude to me about my complaint of not getting housekeeping. But other than that it was just what I needed
