Nice Hotel But Dimly Lit Parking Lot.
The hotel was very nice and the staff was lovely, but the parking lot was dimly lit and didn’t seem safe.
It was amazing.
We had a great experience all around, we travel to Richmond often for social events and plan on staying there, the view from our room was beautiful and the staff was always on point, very friendly loved our stay and felt at home.

The property did not meet the standards I am used to finding in a Hilton. The lobby and common areas were not clean (trash on the floor, furniture clearly old and worn out). Our room was clean, but the tub had rust spots from chipped enamel. Considering what we paid, I expected more. Probably would not stay here again.

Check in was very quick and easy since I booked at a third party but what they didn’t let me know was there was a surcharge for breakfast. The ladies were wonderful and gave it to me complimentary, but I wish it was stated as I checked in

Honestly was the worse stay as soon as we get in the room tub dirty hair in the tub still used toilet paper in the bathroom still the counters had spill stains all
Over them bed sheets had stains too I told the front deck told me they was going to clean it came back in my room to the same stuff definitely don’t recommend

Clean convenient, Only complaint was that a 5 dollar charge added to my credit card after I checked out for a parking fee despite being dropped off and picked up
