Reservation Team spelled my last name incorrectly which caused major inconvenience while checking in. Lydia provided exceptional service in figuring out the issue in a very professional and friendly manner. Lydia definitely saved the day.

My wife was sick and vomited all over the sheets and pillows, 3am the staff came and changed and was very patient with us.

Rooms themselves are standard hotel rooms. Breakfast is pretty bad and it was extra time of booking. So skip breakfast. Also staff is pretty unhelpful unfriendly and not interested at all on serving. also they charge for parking. Many better options in the area so unless you get a pretty cheap rate I would skip.
