Nice facilities but terrible food.
I usually stay here when I come to Dallas. I have never experienced such consistently inedible food. I ordered toast for breakfast I recieved plain untasted bread. When I sent it back I then got something that was spread with grease and cooked on a fry griddle. This hotel used to have a breakfast buffet and they should go back to that because I won’t be staying in an expensive Hilton Garden Inn with this level of food preparation.
