We had a very pleasant experience from the time we checked in, had dinner and drinks and breakfast until we check out. Highly reccommended.

I had such a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Spartanburg and it’s all thanks to Sabrina at the front desk. I checked in during a work trip with just 2% left on my phone battery and realized I had left my charger at the office. I went downstairs to see if the hotel shop had any but they didn’t. Sabrina let me know about a store across the street where I could find one but when I told her my husband would be bringing mine later, she offered me her own personal charger to use in the meantime. We had a great conversation while my phone charged and I noticed how friendly and helpful she was to every single guest who walked through the doors. When I needed to head upstairs to get ready for dinner, she even let me take her charger with me so I wouldn’t leave with a dead phone. I usually stay in Greenville hotels and just commute to Spartanburg for work but after this experience, I’ve decided I’ll be staying here for all of my upstate trips going forward. The service, especially from Sabrina, was exceptional and made a lasting impression. Highly recommend.

The staff is great but my room A/C was broken and sounds like a locomotive and the blinds don’t close. Was very disappointed and had a pretty rough night sleep.

The property was very nice and well maintained. Quiet hotel and I would stay again. The staff was amazing. Very nice and quick to respond. There was a small incident with linen on one bed. Staff quickly brought up a change. Not sure if this was a weekend thing, but breakfast was $10.00 per person. Not really expecting that. The breakfast was okay and the item that stood out were the potatoes. Overall good stay, clean and safe.
